"Very high standard of comfort and spotlessly clean. We arrived at 02:45am and left at 07:30 am . Just a few hours sleep between flights in and out of Luton. Be aware if you do this you need to phone reception to get in which we were not aware of. We just needed somewhere to avoid sitting in airport all night."

"Nice, clean room comforts beds. I was unaware if the cost for a taxi to and from the airport which was astronomical, £60!!! I have travelled quite a lot in Europe and North America and there is almost always a shuttle provided. "

"The hotel is situated next to a nature reserve , with a spa, and wellness centre. A very good location. However I found the room to have a very strong smell of damp, there was a lot of dust on top of the curtains, and lamp shades. When closing the curtains the dust fell down and the curtains were stuck along the curtain pole, I’m not sure if the room is used often enough to be thoroughly cleaned each time as it felt very damp as though it was cleaned a while ago and left.
