"The place has potential - we got a dirty room. They were kind enough to change however over all service aspects are weak. Breakfast is ok. Close to airport."

"I felt like I stepped back into the 80’s. Nothing in the room had been updated except a TV. The room was incredibly hot."

"Staff was wonderful and the room was clean!"

"Las instalaciones están descuidadas y el último día no hicieron el aseo de la habitación. Al llegar, la cafetera aún tenía una cápsula de café… no la limpiaron."

"Staff was very friendly as I was entering the building. Breakfast had a lot of variety... although both mornings the eggs and pancakes are cold. Tasted ok though."

"Pros: Gorgeous building and beautiful views. The sheets and towels smelled clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was about what you'd expect. When a noisy guest above us became an issue, staff called the room to ask them to stop and moved us to the fourth floor without hesitation. Cons: The soundproofing is practically nonexistent. We could hear every footstep above us and ordinary hallway noise. Even after moving rooms, we could clearly hear coughing, arguing, and normal...

"Location was the best. It’s very close, if not in the Niagra Falls state park. The hotel staff was not the most welcoming or pleasant. The hotel needs updating. Our room had a noisy bathroom fan. The repair man was in the room when we arrived and didn’t know why they gave us a room that wasn’t repaired, yet. It wasn’t a big issue since my elderly mother couldn’t hear well. There was a $50 surprise charge on my credit card. I figure it might be a charge for parking. Next time, I’ll ask...

"The parking garage was scary. Homeless person on the stairs in the evening and there was not much guidance as to how to get back to the street."

"The property itself was nice and well maintained. My only complaint is - There were a lot of kids running up and down in the hallway late at night. I opened my door and asked them to be quiet."

"Liked the location being off towards the back and the deers that surrounded it. Enjoyed the easy access to the room."

"😁"

"Furniture was"

"Staff: rude. not very helpful. Very short and to the point. M Club Lounge: Poor food and drink choices. Very bland and not stocked. It’s basically your free breakfast that now they just charge for! Lily house and Room Service: Weird menu, over priced food. However food is good and portions are very decent. Drinks are weird! Dessert is amazing. Room: Clean, put together and nice quality."

"The staff were fabulous! Room was clean and beds were comfortable."

"The property seemed relatively clean but needed some maintenance repairs and updating. And the common areas didn’t feel as clean as I would’ve liked. The staff was very friendly and helpful though."
