"Clean, friendly staff. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room although they only provide assam tea not English breakfast. Good variety at the breakfast; continental and a small cooked; bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled egg, mushrooms and hash browns. Rooms are a good size. Bathroom is small but fine for a night/few days. Really good location. You have to park in the nearby multi-storey, grab a ticket and get it validated at the Ibis and then you only pay £10 at the machine in the car park...

"Stunning bathroom plenty of room in the shower bed very comfortable only negative was the floor boards creaking when getting out of bed going to the bathroom but that was nothing serious staff excellent and the hotel very clean excellent 10 out of 10 I will definitely stay again "

"The hotel is located in front of a huge shopping mall and very convenient. They gave us welcome drink and the front desk was more like a bar which may be fun for some people to enjoy night activities in the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was fine."

"Our check in was easy and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with enough space for the two of us to relax after a long drive. Sainsbury’s supermarket was a two minute walk from the hotel and was open until 10pm so very handy. We were a little bit late to eat dinner but the menu looked really varied and if we’d had time there would have been plenty of options. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel is set in a beautiful location. The staff were all very helpful. The room was bright & airy with views over the garden. The room & bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable. The only negative of our stay was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the hot water took a while to filter through."
