Was a great hotel to stay

Buenas habitaciones y la amabilidad de los dueños 100%

My husband and I absolutely adored our stay! This family-run hotel was such a wonderful place to stay. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The restaurant was beautiful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning, which we especially appreciated since temperatures were in the 90s during our stay and much hotter than usual for the area. The location was another highlight—it felt very safe and was much quieter and more...

This charming hotel is located up above Lake Como in a small village called Brunate. You can take the funiculare up to Brunate from Como for 5 euro roundtrip; it's a 7 minute ride each way. The hotel is steps from the funiculare and is situated in an area with absolutely beautiful views. They have a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating ideal for a romantic meal or simply casually hanging out. The breakfast served each morning is wonderful too. The rooms are so cute and the small details...

What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. We typically stay in major chain hotels and our initial impression was that the location would not workout for us. However this quickly faded and our stay was quite pleasant. Though the facilities are older and show signs of wear the cleaning staff was top notch! A big "Thanks!" to Teresa who went out of her way to make our visit enjoyable. Our biggest...

Great staff, property and breakfast. Free parking around.

The staff is attentive and they maintain the property well-kept. This is a simple yet clean hotel with all your basics. And, it is literally a few steps away from the main train station as well as from the border crossing to Como, Italy. It offers a strategic location getting the best of both worlds: Switzerland and Italy.

I would strongly recommand this place. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room is very nice, clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. They left some local cookies in the room as well as water for us, they even gave us complimentary bottle of champagne! We asked for a restaurant recommendation and they even called and made a reservation for us. They made us feel home and treated us like family. I love this place and I wish I could have stayed longer. Would love to...

The view plus the peace and quiet. The hosts did a phenomenal job taking care of all of our needs.

This hotel is not in a town that has a lot of nightlife but if you're looking for some peace and quiet and a home base to visit other towns, this place is perfect. The owners, Antonia and Samuel were very helpful in finding our way to the other towns on the lake. There is a ferry that stops directly across from the hotel. The hotel restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. There is another restaurant across from the hotel but we did not try it. We had room 204 which was very clean and good...

The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top.

I liked the hostess.Camilla; she was extremely attentive to any questions. The rooms are clean and updated, and the location is very convenient.

Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Loved the Juliet balcony onto the square.

Charming hotel and excellent restaurant right on the lake. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Isabella was amazing to work with. She was personable and is there for you whatever you need. The hotel room is very comfortable and clean. We found our favorite morning coffee shop just down the street with a lake view to enjoy our breakfast. The location is near ferries, buses and even the train station was walkable off you don’t travel to heavy. Enjoy your stay. We will be back.
