The inclusion of a pass to the Mauna Lani Beach Club is very nice to have as it gives you free access to the gated parking lot, and to the cabanas and beach loungers (first come, first served). Snorkelling was also pretty good at this beach. "

"Waikoloa beach villa is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Our villa was very close to the pool. We had access to and did use the girll next to the pool and the picnic area right outside of the pool. Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties was very nice. She answered any questions I had right away. I would recommend this place for anyone but especially if you are taking a family vacation. The location is very close to stores and the villa has everything...

"It took us 3 hours driving back and forth to get to our property. Our host did not give us clear instructions on our apartment. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible! It was a bad experience. "

"CONS: Not impressed with the quality of the beds/bedding (outdated/old/worn). Carpet was in need of a deep cleaning or better yet, replacement! Patio and furniture were filthy. Refrigerator was in poor working order. Fixtures were poorly installed. PROS: Location was convenient to amenities and places of interest. Would not rebook however."

"The house was gorgeous and the pool is right across from the condo. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets from the back patio, with beautiful flowers all over the property. Things we might change, the temperature in the condo during the day was pretty warm and stuffy, definitely cooled down at night though and the couches in the living room werent very comfy. Nothing toonothing to keep you from staying here, we'll be back!"

"I never received access information and had to call upon arrival. Once inside the property the building and unit were extremely difficult to locate and there was no assistance available. The condo was extremely dated and furnishings were in very poor condition. Towels, bedding and furniture very worn.
