"Absolutely amazing house, property, set-up, location. This property is the best! The pool, jacuzzi, layout of all the bedrooms, the fully stocked kitchen, Sonos, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys were a bonus. King beds in the rooms was also a huge plus. Can’t say enough about this property except you’re also on the best beach in Hawaii. Book it if it’s available. Also Peter is an amazing and quick communicator. Thanks for the best stay!"

"Hale Ohia is the perfect home away-from-home for your Hawaiian vacation. Warm and cozy, with a well-appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds with lovely bedding, a dining area with views down the Kona Coast, and comfortable living room furniture, including a great massage chair to give your happy, tired muscles a massage after your beach day! The best beach is literally 5 minutes from the house.Your hosts, Nick and Nicole, are truly the most wonderful hosts one could ever wish for. You will feel like part of the family when you stay at Hale Ohia. The hard part is leaving to return to the mainland, but the happy memories stay with you always. We highly recommend Hale Ohia!"

"We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous home. Everything about the house has the comfort of guests in mind. We appreciated the access to the Mauna Kea Beach Resort. It was a quick trip over to Waimea for a fabulous dinner at Merriman's. We loved the convenience of having lunch at the beach."

"Spacious, luxurious house, thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is the best-equipped and best-organized kitchen of any rental property I have visited. Lovely lanai with gorgeous views of the ocean and landscape of the Big Island. The Sonos sound system provided the perfect ambiance during our stay. Overall it was a wonderful, memorable visit to the Big Island for my family. "
