"We got a very good deal and the apartment style hotel is excellent. Sea facing room, easy beach access, nice large pool, grocery store in the basement which is open 8am-10pm, free valet parking. Then you can take free bus provided by Miami city and access most of the north/south beaches, downtown, airport. We really enjoyed our stay and I will recommend our friends who are looking for a budget friendly accomodation. "

"This was our second stay at this hotel and overall we had a terrible experience, rooms were not clean , there was a conference with over 1200 attendees that took over the hotel and it was absolutely terrible walking around the hotel, chilling by the pool was terrible .. we felt so out of place with everyone from conference constantly walking in front beds .. we originally booked to stay for 3 nights and we left on the second day as the experience was just awful, we would never return "

"Advertised as part of the Fountainbleu Hotel Resort although they were a private owned management group. The suite was not ready to be moved in when I attempted to move in and no one could tell me when the room would be ready! Totally unacceptable. We had flown cross country and were exhausted and no one seemed to care enough to give us answers or solve the problem. A nightmare. "
