"If you are thinking about staying at the Palms just do it! I really liked that it wasn’t a huge resort. Every single person I met was very nice and always helpful. I didn’t want to bother with a car and dining options at the resort and within walking distance were great! Ubers were easy and relatively inexpensive. I was looking for a chill but luxury vibe. The Palms exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back in the future. "

"Amazing views, location, food, everything! Top notch! Got a great deal on an oceanfront room in Hotels.com. It was worth booking thru the app. The hotel had a resort vibe with two pools, a hot tub and a beachside bar with great food and drinks. Would recommend for solo travelers but it was also family friendly and group friendly. It even has an adult only pool as well. Great service. Multiple restaurants on site and bike and umbrella rentals offered in your stay! "

"We had some issues first with the restroom.. but thanks to the staff member Manna and the maintenance team that where working on the 24th of May turned our vacation into one of the best of all times . The staff there are very helpful and welcoming and I would not hesitate to stay or recommend this property in the future "

"Had an excellent experience ! The Front desk manager, Baverly, was on top of her game to make sure all was okay… Shout out to Sam and Wendy from the restaurant Chez Gaston who were very accommodating and friendly. I have to admit I was a little leary about staying on the property since some reviews were negative. But as a previous guest who stayed here many times before covid I’d figure I’d give it another shot and I am sooooo glad that I did… looking forward for my next trip!!!"
