"Customer service above and beyond. We pulled up front and the two concierges had my luggage all on a cart and into the hotel before I even got out of the vehicle. They did this with smiles on their faces and assured us they would keep our luggage till our room was ready. They had our room ready by 10:30am. Amazing customer service. The only bad thing I could say about this hotel is the price of the breakfast. We we told it wasn’t included in our stay and it would be 30.99/person yet they told our other party it was 24.99/person. Not sure why it was a different price. Still way too expensive for my taste. The property was very nice. "

"We were impressed with the staff’s attentiveness and friendliness. The grounds are well kept. Enjoyed the food at the tiki bar. Love the adult only pool and pool with water spouts for guests of all ages. The beach was within walkable distance. We dined for breakfast and enjoyed the menu choices and variety. Our bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. "
