"Was initially given a teeny tiny room but staff told me they could move me to a bigger room the next day and they did. I like that the windows actually open for fresh air. Wasn’t thrilled that they added the elevator key card since last time but I guess in NYC they have to have it for safety. Just gets annoying. It’s a cute place in a great location."

"Overall it was great - the bed was very comfortable! Nice TV. There was no hairdryer or extra TP, but they sent some right up. Good breakfast - but very crowded! Only things that might make the rooms nicer - there is no clock, no fridge, no microwave, and no coffee maker. Great location - very short walk to Penn/Amtrak. Close to some good restaurants/bars... I recommend the Triple Crowne - take a right out of the front door and a right on 7th - it's right there!"

"The STAFF is amazing, courteous and always smiling and wiling to help. The room needs updating, carpet was old and dingy (cannot vacuum anymore). Bathroom is old but clean. It is in a very convenient location close to shops, metro, bus stops and Central Park. We walked almost everywhere. Again the staff's attitude is what I really enjoyed in this hotel. "

"Small but comfortable rooms, we had a view of the Empire State Building from our 6th floor room. Service is good, the rooms are dated but ok. However, the carpets smell of wet dogs, which is unpleasant. But we still enjoyed the convenience of the location, the comfy beds and the hot shower."

"The original rooms air conditioning wasn’t cooling and I asked for someone to come and check it out and instead, they upgraded me to a larger cooler room! It was great!"

"We were not there long enough to rate how safe and quiet area is tho our room was safe and quiet. It was a fairly small room with tiny cupboard closet, tiny fridge, a few small shelves for clothes & not much bathroom space for items tho we had an accessible bathroom not sure why. These things are typical tho for a manhattan hotel. We had a king size bed & there was room to move in room unlike some in nyc. It was very nice and convenient and comfortable. Microwave, keurig included. Best to use...
