All staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room and bathroom very clean, cleaners were around daily with beds made up & fresh towels, & pillowcases, always seemed to be hoovering landings/ cleaning. "A well-located place that was a short walk to many of the sites in Florence, the Hotel Paris seems like a faded shadow of what was probably a grand hotel at some point in the past. Although it was a bit worn and rundown, our room was huge (but lacked decent furniture), the breakfast was decent, and the staff was attentive. "
