"We stayed for 2 nights at this location. The hotel room was not too large but not small according to Japanese standards. It felt pretty clean. We got 2 beds. They are put together which is fine. Theres a little sitting area and a table. Theres enough room for luggage and belongings. There is no closet but there are places to hang belongings. Beds were pretty comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel. I loved that it was in between Tenjin and Canal city. Theres a lot of small restaurants...

"Hotel is good but the front desk people had a hard time understanding our request to get us taxis. They would not or could not do it for us. On our last two days, the front desk staff on duty finally booked us Taxis to the airport. The refrigerator in the room was on a very low setting. It was barely cold. Housekeeping only done after a week stay so we missed that too. Washer and dryer in room was a great thing to have. Good coffee shop nearby called REC coffee. "
