"The room was small, but fine for us. Due to building work outside we couldn't have the windows open, which made it feel a little claustrophobic especially as the a wasn't that efficient. The hotel was perfectly placed location wise, easy for the station and the main sites. The roof top bar was wonderful, stunning views and the food offered was simple but lovely "

"Not handicapped accessible. You must go up about 6 stairs just to reach the lift and 3 or 4 more steps to get to the reception area. The free breakfast was good but once again there was 2 more sets of stairs to get there. The staff were awesome about helping with the luggage and taking care of all other requests. The room was clean and I loved the patio area. "

"We loved the staff, the morning breakfast and location was walkable to Florence. The few issues we would have appreciated a bit more: it was the hottest week on record and our room was not cool enough after being out all day. The bed was very hard, that made resting in a hotter room after a long day of walking through Italy a challenge too. The shower was tricky to learn because it didn’t have a curtain and we had to try hard not to splash water on the floor. Otherwise- we looked forward to...
