"We booked two juniorJapanese Western suites for a family of 6. The suites were spacious, with a western bedroom with 2 beds and a Japanese room with futons. Each suite came with a spacious terrace. The bathrooms had nice big tubs plus shower. The kitchen was fully equipped. The washing machine was a big convenience. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Hakodate."

"This was a return visit to the hotel. The room is compact but very well presented. The staff were excellent. The only downside for some would be the breakfast buffet which is a magnificent Japanese spread. It is unashamedly for Japanese guests or those that enjoy this cuisine. There is a total lack of western choice. We enjoyed ourselves. "

"This hotel is about 15 minutes away from the train station by bus, near Goryoukaku. It's close to the famous department store Marui, Star Share, and Mr. Doughnuts. There are many good restaurants near by and the airport bus stops a few minutes walk at Goryoukaku 3 bus stop. Great amenities, room was spacious, sauna and a complimentary alcohol beverage, breakfast and fresh coffee are included for the guests. Prices are very reasonable and I cant ask for more. Definitely 5 stars! "

"Our bedroom was so huge with tons of space. The bathroom is also spacious and very clean. It has an air conditioner and the room is very clean. The amenities are nice and they also provide amenities for the kids. They have a laundry washer and dryer in one for 600 yen. The breakfast have tons of options and very yummy where kids and adults can enjoy the food. This hotel is also near the shopping and eating area plus near the Hakodate airport. We will definitely come back and stay here again...

"The hotel was excellent. They provided everything we needed. We played Ping Pong and Pool table during stay. Location was great. Just 3-5 mins from JR station. The staff were helpful and very polite. We had great time in this hotel."
