"I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. "Beautiful, stylish hotel, decorated with great taste. It is modern, clean and has a beautiful Onsen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located just 2 blocks from Odori park and across the botanical garden, which is worth a visit. The most serious inconvenience is the lack of space for luggage and a closet. You are forced to use your luggage, couch, tea table as a makeshift closet, ruining the entire aesthetics of the place. There is no concierge and the staff is young and speak...

"Excellent value. A quaint , modern, clean hotel without frills, in an excellent location. As in most Japanese hotels of this price, the rooms are tight and there is little room for luggage. However, because there’s lots to see in Otaru, one spends little time in the hotel, so it was just what we needed. I highly recommend it if it fits your budget."

"Staff were really friendly and helpful! And I really liked the light breakfast that they provided for free. Coin laundry machines are available on the first floor (no detergent required). Room was a little bit dusty but acceptable. Pillows were a bit soft but not an issue as you can request for more pillows. Would stay there again!"
