Family room comes with kitchenette - stove, microwave, medium fridge with proper freezer, washing machine and pod coffee machine with coffee and tea pods! Free microwave popcorn for family room too! Beds are comfy, furniture is new. Onsen is not very large for the number of guests using it at peak time. We used it off-peak in the evening between 630pm - 715pm - post dinner crowd started at 7pm!! In the morning when it opens at 6am, IT IS CROWDED. Free popsicle/ice cream post onsen. "

"Near Saporro Train Station north gate about 10 to 15 minutes walk Buffet breakfast is excellent with many choices. Lawson 2 convenience stores 5 minutes walk. Izakaya across street is good value. Daimaru about 8 minutes walk."

"First time in Sapporo with family of 4. Great location as it’s close to lots of restaurants. The rooms were very spacious as well. Also multiple convenience store like Lawson & Seico Mart around the corners. There is also a small grocery store near by and a laundry place close by to do laundry if needed. Only down side was the temperature outside was so hot (32-42 degrees Celsius) and the AC can only set to a max of 20 degrees Celsius which was hard to sleep. Good thing the next day we asked the staff to check the AC, but there was nothing they can do and offer us a fan which helped a lot as it would help circulate the air in the room. "
