"This was our 6th trip here, so obviously there is a lot to love. Three times as a couple, this was 3rd with two younger generations. Staff are lovely - although there is a risk of wine recommendations becoming a sales pitch. There are lots more hotel-organised trips available than before. This can provide comfort and confidence to new visitors but you can save money if you choose to arrange them yourself. Pool area is beautifully kept and clean. From start to finish there was not one issue, got upgraded to a suite, stunning room immaculate views amazing location, breakfast was incredible and the staff had character and charm. Fantastic view from our room big balcony with chairs. Great pool and sun longers, swing seats in lovely grounds. The owners were lovely people and should be so proud of their achievements. Rethynmo centre is not far from hotel, you can find bus outside hotel (Euro 1.20). You can find excursion/travel agency outside hotel (buses will pick you from outside of hotel) if you don't have car."
