This property is without a doubt among your top listings. The location is delightful and 15 mins. away from Lucca city center. In other words, have fun in the main city but relax and fully enjoy this pearl in the outskirts of the city. The room was clean and comfortable to my satisfaction. The owner and his wife are professional and kind above all standards (they also booked for me a late-night dinner in the best restaurant of the area). Breakfast is good and with reasonable variety with good...

Hotel muy agradable en un lindo y tranquilo pueblo de la Toscana. Personal muy amable.

Helpful staff,calm and relaxing place,tasty coffee .

Short walk to walled city, safe neighborhood but most of all fantastic staff. I have never seen a group of people that are so kind, helpful and willing to do anything for their customers. We had an incident that required an ambulance in the very early hours of the morning. The night desk shift manager took such good care of us, calling ambulance, explaining to us in English what was going to happen. The hotel even sent an English speaking employee to the hospital via bike to check on us and...

Very nice boutique hotel in the center of town. Room was very clean, bright and spacious enough for 2 people. Bathroom was very nice, great shower and water pressure. Very quiet, even at night when we slept with the windows wide open. Carlo was very attentive, he made great recommendations for dining, cooking classes and other sites, and always available to open a bottle of wine for us. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting a clean and comfortable stay in Montecatini. We...

Everything was great and it’s a beautiful place

Gorgous

The hotel was clean, staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was amazing for a free breakfast included.

Hair dryer didn't work but they provided a brand new one to use. Good breakfast.

It was adequate and had a nice staff

Bien ubicado , para mis necesidades y una familia de 4 Personas , es muy bonito

Safe, cool, clean and beds perfect comfort level.

I liked the convenience of the hotel in that it is about a 10-minute walk to the Montecatini Terme station and just a few minutes to the central part of town where there are many shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but I will say that it had the smallest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. Breakfast was nice and the front desk staff were very friendly.

One of our favorite b and b’d ever!!! Delicious breakfast. Helpful, accommodating hosts. Very easy 7 minute stroll into Lucca. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful rooms.

The hotel is simple but comfortable. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was simple but tasty, though I would have liked a bit more protein. The only downside is that there’s no parking, so you have to park on the street. Overall, a positive experience."

The parking is good. The location of just outside the wall at Porta Elisa is convenient. The man at reception made our dinner reservation at Gigi and it was great.
