"The main reason we decided on this hotel was because it said that breakfast was included. We were told when we got there that they were no longer serving breakfast and that they’ve been working with Expedia to have that option removed but we were not offered a refund for the price of the breakfast. That was disappointing."

"The room was grimy and things didn't work. When I brought it up they just told me everything was fine. The shower curtain was just sitting on the top and slight movements would knock it, the bed was two different sized beds pushed together, the room smelled really intensely of cleaning supplies that took two days to air out, the soaps didn't open. The internet cut out right when I had an important meeting and they told me to "find the router". The closet was 50% full of things like a vacuum. "
