"Good location near Clark's Market and only a 5 minute walk to lift 7.. The condo itself is rather tired and would benefit from an update. The shower flow rate is rather feeble and it takes a while to fill the small bath. The kitchen is small but had everything you need. Parking is is limited to 4 tight spaces or in the adjacent road.
