"Overall had a great stay - location is on a more quite side of Mallorca, but the hotel had everything we needed - access to beach, restaurant/bar, laundry, etc. Breakfast that was included was really good. The room we reserved was a bit small, but cozy and had an awesome ocean view. Walking distance to the beach and we rented kayaks one day too. Wifi did not work the best in our room (due to location I'm sure), which was a little frustrating. Water pressure/heat also wasn't always the best...

"We stayed in a 3 bed house which was clean, well maintained and had 3 lovely terraces including one with seaviews. We had the 1/2 board option and were disappointed with both the quality and variety of food on offer, particularly at the evening buffet. "This hotel is in a great location on beachfront close to all amenities.. we chose sea view balcony which was very nice but no sun..by mistake, if you want the sun choose a side sea view. Clean room, housekeeping very good. Reception was friendly and helpful. Maintenance not so. Our shower head was totally useless for the wall attachment and therefore was shooting water over end of bath , as the shower curtain did not extend around the bath..we had many wet floors and wet towels. "We had a great time at this hotel! It’s really family oriented and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Lots of activity for kids, lots of options for food in the hotel and also around the property. There is also a grocery shopping right outside the hotel, very convenient. Overall we had a great experience."

"The check-in and check-out had very clear instructions. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my stay. Word of warning, do take a video of the room when you check in to avoid being harassed by the management about missing items. I was repeatedly asked about missing crystal glasses and to pay for them. Said glasses weren't even in the room throughout my stay and I know this because I was also searching for any cups or drinkware so that I can make some cold coffee. Maybe just a bad day...
