"I would like to extend a great thanks to the Hafod hotel. Close proximity to attractions, bedroom was lovely, cosy and warm, staff were absolutely impeccable I could not remember names but you all were very hospitable and love your job dearly and did a great service for any request we needed… I even left my bag and they kept it safe. Would come again."
