We booked a two week stay for business colleagues from Australia, at check in we were told no room available and they had contacted Hotels.com cancelling the booking. I spoke to Hotels.com and this was not the case and the hotel had already been paid for the two week stay in advance of our check in - so their claim was a lie. We spoke to a manager on the phone who was not interested in helping, we were eventually offered a different...

"After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."
