"I did not appreciate the £50 per night charge for 'incidentals'! Did they think I was going to wreck their room?? It made me feel like I was being treated as a troublemaker. I did get the money back btw. Also, I did not like the £15 fine if you took their shampoo bottles, again it made me feel uneasy. You could buy said bottles in the shops for a couple of £'s. The breakfast area was a maze, where moving around was difficult as you are constantly avoiding bumping into other people. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Wookey Hole Hotel. We stayed for two nights. We arrived really late on our first night, with only 5 minutes left until they stopped doing dinner, but it was no problem to get us in for food. "We had a very nice stay at the Wookey Hole Hotel. We stayed for two nights. We arrived really late on our first night, with only 5 minutes left until they stopped doing dinner, but it was no problem to get us in for food. We were very grateful as we had a five year old with us who was very hungry! The food was very tasty and enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and bright, and we overall had no issues however the shower wasn't the best and could benefit from updating. The hotel was perfect for our stay as we visited Wookey Hole Caves whilst there before moving on up country the second day. We were very happy with our stay for the price, and would probably stay there again if we were in the area. "
