"The room was old and filthy. No breakfast service except at the snack shop, where two breakfast sandwiches and two cups of coffee were outrageous. Only one person working in there on one of your busiest days of the year. You should be ashamed to charge that price for a night for this dump. When I made my reservation through Expedia, they advertised a breakfast buffet. So much for that. Expedia needs to drop your hotel. you're giving them a bad name."

"Great hotel in a great location. Our room was clean. The sheets and pillows were very nice.
Breakfast was good with an early start time.
The hotel was quiet and the staff was helpful.
The pool was nice and warm. The fitness center is well equipped!
Our dog Daisy also enjoyed her stay!
We would stay here again if we were in the area!"

"We always stay at Drury Inns and the Springfield one was as great as all the others we have stayed at. The rooms were clean and no stale smoke smell like at other hotels have before we started staying with Drury Inns. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast never disappoints."

"Front desk friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver went above and beyond. Restaurant had a small menu but the food was great and breakfast/coffee rush was tan efficiently and quick. "

"Loved the interior with circle walkways, not just straight hallways. Bath linens were very small and thin. TV was a challenge, had to look at one screen for a guide to find a channel you want to watch then go to another screen to enter the channel number. And the square toilets gave us a laugh. Everything else was OK, no complaints."

"This was a great hotel. We loved the bar, restaurant and included breakfast. The staff was great and it was super clean. There were plenty of pillows and the bed was wonderful. 5 stars, will stay again! "
