"The location and service are the only things I can commend this hotel on. The breakfast left a lot to be desired—between the powdered eggs and the soggy French toast sticks, it was worse than what you would expect at a lower-tier hotel. It was included in the price, though, so there’s that. The room itself was unremarkable. The bed was soft, but I don’t feel like I should be able to hear my neighbor sneeze, let alone pass gas. The walls were extremely thin, and the aquarium music started very early—you could even hear it clearly in our room. I came into this knowing it was a lively town, and it’s not my first time staying in a city that runs late, but this was far from the most restful stay."

"This weekend our trip was a husband and wife going to see our granddaughter. The hotel is in a great location being very near the college baseball field. It can get crowded but there is plenty of parking. The staff is super friendly and really strive to make your stay a good one."

"Our room and the property were clean, however, there were several things that really put us off such as, there was no shower gel, the water pressure is horrible, dribble is more like it, the pool is about 10ft x10ft so with everyone staying there, it was more like a hot tub with little room to move, and lastly the bristo... they had no cook on a Saturday or Sunday morning, they were out of almost all easy food such as parfaits and the price of food overall was ridiculous! We won't be staying here anymore while in Springfield. "

"Parking was abundant and safe. Staff was excellent and surroundings were beautiful. Lots of activities available on site as well as food! Will definitely stay there again!"

"The staff members were very pleasant and the check in process was extremely easy. The room was as pictured and was very clean. The pool area was nice and had a tropical feel. I do wish there was just a few more seats and tables available in this area but it was still great despite that. The fire and ice restaurant was very nice and easy to get a reservation. Bella's pizza was probably one of the best pizzas we have had! The continental breakfast had a very good variety. My kids really enjoyed their time here."

"Breakfast was okay didn’t have real syrup creamer or real butter we prioritize healthier food choices so it didn’t fit our needs well but others probably wouldn’t care Pool was great and staff was super friendly Fitness center was pretty small and no water access which was odd "

"The staff were pleasant, but the facilities were run down. The breakfast in the morning was good and the staff working that were very good. Our room was only okay. The door had about an inch gap all the way around except by the hinges. When you can see light from the hallway, that isn't very good. Also, the towels were very rough. However, the worst was the pool and the spa. We specifically chose this hotel for those items. We thought the granddaughters would really enjoy them. Unfortunately, the water was so dirty and cloudy that you could barely see the bottom. There was no chance that we were going to use that health hazard. On our second day of our 2 day stay, they were draining the pool and spa and had a note up saying that the pool was out of order. This was a disappointing stay."
