"The rooms were clean but we couldn't get anyone to clean the room and get any extra blankets. The food was good the first morning but the next wasn't good just ok no fresh fruit. It's could have been better?"

"Our room and the property were clean, however, there were several things that really put us off such as, there was no shower gel, the water pressure is horrible, dribble is more like it, the pool is about 10ft x10ft so with everyone staying there, it was more like a hot tub with little room to move, and lastly the bristo... they had no cook on a Saturday or Sunday morning, they were out of almost all easy food such as parfaits and the price of food overall was ridiculous! We won't be staying here anymore while in Springfield. "
