The employee was not knowledgeable about the issue and we were helped to navigate the phone to succeed.. howerever..at one point the gentleman told my wife that usually the customers handle that themselves. I felt that was an inappropriate comment. If one does not know how to help.. one should get someone else to help the customer instead of saying that! Please don't be too harsh on the person responsible. : )"

"We enjoyed our time at Tokyo Stay Takanawa so much, that we returned for a second stay to end our 14-day trip in Japan. The hotel is located perfectly for first-time visitors. It was so convenient to have both the Tokyo Metro and JR lines just steps from the hotel (2mins max). The hotel is safe and does not allow for solicitors and access to floors is only allowed with your room key. The area was safe to walk in the early/late hours of the day. Breakfast was a huge plus and very good. Japanese and American options were available. The most convenient accommodation had to be that each room is equipped with a washer/dryer combo, which made it nice to return home with zero laundry. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed."
