"We had a flooding situation in our room due to heavy rains…however I still give this place a 5! They moved us to a new room, refunded the first night, washed all our clothes for us that got wet and offered free breakfast during the rest of our stay. The staff was so helpful and kind and made an unfortunate weather situation so much better!"

Maggie checked us in and she was very kind & did a through job of showing us the place and amenities and was easy to get in touch with to communicate. She had a great sense of humor & was very patient and even carried my suitcase from my car to my room. This place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. "This hotel is probably the best location in Nosara. It offers a nice, comfortable atmosphere with walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. Alejandro at reception was kind and welcoming, adding to the pleasant experience. The relaxing pool and complimentary coffee were great perks. The only minor drawback was the bed, which was a bit too soft for my liking. Overall, a perfect stay!"
