"This place would be 5 stars except for 2 small but big deals. First there IS a septic problem that permiates the bathroom in a bad way. Second the "private beach" is nothing like you hope for in a Philippino beach. It's in a tiny industrial area that's really loud and you need water shoes if you're gonna go in because it's so insanely rocky. Everything else about our stay was awesome. Really wanted to give 5 stars but it's really a 4."

"I had 3 days at the resort and absolutely loved every minute. It is a small resort. But It was very relaxing, quiet, I loved the spa. The staff were extra helpful and the food was great. I was in a pool side room, which I think was the older building, however, the room felt upgraded and new. I wished the pools and beach were a bit larger. However, I enjoyed myself so much I will be coming back on my next trip."

"The resort is old and lacking in being maintained. The bedroom was neat, clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom had stains all over the roof and shower fittings kept coming apart. No hot water first night but was fixed immediately when told staff. Our key card stopped working and we repeatedly had to go to front desk to get it renewed. A Filipino friend was able to contact them through Facebook messenger. We learned they had no record of our reservation. I used the chat feature on Hotels.com app to find out what we should do. "Staff are very helpful and accomodating.They respond quickly to your requests.Lobby needs to be upgraded.Only thing that I did not like is the shower. The whole bathroom gets wet because there is no enclosure just a shower curtain .But overall you get good value for your money.Room is spacious and very clean.A little far from the city but if you want peace and quiet I would recommend this place plus it is right across a 7 Eleven and a good Korean Restaurant."

"The room is very smelly and the beddings and pillow cases are used as well as the towels. Not new. There were stains by previous clients I should say. Smelly. No blanket at first so we contacted the owner. He came, gave us new blanket, pillow cases and towels. He brought air freshener and air spray as well. We we're not informed that the pool will be closed as well. We have no any way but to check out early,went home and book a swimming pool near our place instead."
