"I really liked the hotel. The staff at the front desk was helpful however i never had my safe working in my room yet they told me that it would be fixed. The housekeeping was constantly bringing towels that i didn't need. At 10:30 the day of my checkout i was interrupted on a conference call from a housekeeper who was asking me if i needed towels? Then she knocked again a half hour later asking me when i was i was leaving. Really BAD This hotel needs better customer service. "

"Even though we are on the side of the island that is away from the hussle and bussle of Queens Bay. It is the perfect area for private beaches with peace and quiet. Prepped (a must) taxi pickup and drop off the day before since we wanted to spend the entire day at Queens Bay, took about 30 mins with traffic. "What a great place to relax! We made a last minute decision to take a quick few days away to celebrate our anniversary. "First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore.
