"I live about an hour away from Orlando and planned an overnight hotel stay to go to the parks Friday night and Saturday. This is one of the only hotels that doesn’t charge for parking or resort fees, which made it well worth it. The hotel was less than a 10 minute drive to universal parks and offers transportation, we did not use bc of the hours they offered, which is worth it since parking at the parks is $32. The check-in took less than 5 minutes and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect for us, we had a great view of Volcano Bay, and the beds were very comfy. All in all, a great, short family getaway!!"

"Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Despite the outside look of the hotel and the current renovations they have going on, the room was extremely clean. Location is about 20 mins from the parks which is okay, and affordable overall. I’d come back "
