"We had a layover and had difficulty with coming to the hotel on time. They were awesome and help change our reservation within 10 minutes! It’s close enough to town but not in town which is nice. It’s very close to the main bus stops that you need to get everywhere. I would stay here again :-)"

"First of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but that’s not for everyone. Staff were incredible and accommodating, underground parking included, everything was meticulously clean, and no detail was spared in the cohesive aesthetic of this amazing location. The hydrotherapy area was top notch, rivaling many paid spa experiences elsewhere. I will recommend to friends, and I will be back for sure! "
