"Pros: Great location and that’s about it. Cons: Come here if you want to wake up with a broken neck. Booked a king bed, and received cushion sized pillows - something I’ve never seen before. I called to asked for normal pillows and they said they have none. Already our night went terrible without good sleep. Has only two small outdoor hot tubs of which one was broken and I received an email one day before our stay informing us. Went upstairs to use it and there were already 10 people crammed into it. Don’t book this hotel if you want to value that as an experience. Expect a bad view (the building wraps around itself) unless you pay extra."

"This hotel had the friendliest staff ever! Joel at the front desk and hotel staff Fernando were so accommodating to our family the whole stay; they gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do! Our room was so spacious and clean, it was perfect. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The elevator was not working on my 2nd day. Have to use the stairs while having foot pain but everything else is great."
