"I had an amazing view from my room that had the most lovely high ceilings. Everything was quite spacious and clean, including the bathrooms. I definitely took advantage of the hot tubs on the 5th floor. The ease of access to the ski shuttle and downtown restaurants and shopping was perfect. My only critique was the allowance of several small (4 to be exact, over 2 different nights) children into the liunge area that does explicitly state "no minors." I would've stayed for a drink while waiting on the hot tubs the second night, but they were jumping on the couches and shrieking. Considering it was easy for me to leave, I did so. But something they should consider reinforcing. "

"The hot pool experience should not be missed!! Soothing hot water, smell of campfire and a view of the mountains like none other! Hotel staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Great location, tons of restaurants and shopping and easy to get around town from this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend the Moose hotel to others. "

"This hotel was within walking distance from the heart of downtown Banff. Love how the hotel had underground parking even though parking was limited. The breakfast could have had a bit more variety but it was still good. The dining room was a bit small. The swimming pool and hot tub was good enough for the kids. The staff was really great. Very clean hotel. My kids enjoyed the stay."

"Beautiful hotel, great restaurant and cafe/bakery on site. Pools and sauna were gorgeous. 15 minute walk to shops or free bus. No Netflix was disappointing. Would have been a perfect stay if not for that. "
