We were panicking we would miss our flight. I politely told him we 100% booked a shuttle and said it was very important we got on it. He wasn’t happy and made no attempt to communicate with us about solving the problem. The girl driving the shuttle bus said for us to load on it. Miscommunication between evening and morning staff and morning man made no attempt to be helpful or kind or problem solve with us. He acted like we were the problem and just didn’t book it. "
