"We had the 2 bedroom apartment, and it was absolutely perfect for our stay with our daughters. Super close to Te Papa, we just strolled down. The pool was so great for our kids. Staff were very friendly, even the cleaner was super nice in the hallway. Lovely big balcony, some chairs would’ve been nice out there. Constructive criticism would be needing a blanket on the beds, there were none on the cupboards and we woke quite cold. Also no layer between bottom sheet and mattress on the single...

"Great hotel. Very spacious beautiful open planned kitchen dining and lounge room and plenty space and storage for 3 bedrooms. Easy contactless check in/out. Quiet, clean, big windows and warm. Two carparks are there but also a public carpark option is cross the road with early bird discount for $13.50 full day parking 6am-7pm. Easy walking distance to anywhere in city. Bring washing powder to use washing machine. Highly recommend. "

"Highly wouldn’t recommend staying here. This place is very unhygienic. Our bed had hair inside of it and there were holes in the bedroom walls. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The room was putrid and smelt like a smoker had previously lived in there. I requested a refund which they denied. Very u happy as I refused to stay there after seeing the state of the unit. "
