Walkway from T4 is slightly awkward when landing at T5 as you need to change trains 2 x but overall better than needing a taxi. the room was tired- stain on the wall where something had spilled behind the table- my travelling companion says she saw mold in the shower and had allergy issues. The bed was clean and comfortable- the kettle did not work. Breakfast was plentiful and well run"

"I was slightly apprehensive when booking the Thistle, due to reading some negative reviews about the condition of the Hotel. However, we found the Thistle to be perfectly acceptable. The reception area was pleasant, as was the room. If you looked hard enough, you could find areas that needed some love, but for the convenience (to Heathrow Pods & bus) & value the Thistle is second to none. We would definitely return. "

"Location, staff all good. Didn’t like hard floor. Mattress was the most uncomfortable I have slept on. First night I hardly slept. Was better 2nd night only because I folded duvet over and slept on it. Kettle nowhere near a plug!!"

"A decent hotel if visiting the Anvil Theatre. Stayed Saturday night so a little street noise around midnight. Nice bar. Didn't eat as menu limited. Staff very pleasant. Kept running out of breakfast food between 09.30 and 10.00am. Having said that very good value for money and will stay again when visiting the Anvil."

"Always a nice stay at the bridge, breakfast is great too and the chef will make a vegan version of the veggie breakfast no problem. Staff always nice as well. "

"The hotel and facilities were very good. The restaurant needs to review their menu especially as the only form of potato is skin on fries. Not everyone wants fries and naybe a little more finer food and less like all other chain restaurants. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "
