"Inexpensive location to visit Bilbao. Transportation is a 20 min bus ride to downtown. Staff were helpful with directions and special requests. The room was tired and not well cleaned. Furniture was scuffed, fridge did not work and dust was on all the trim. "

"Great stop from med to Bilbao. Our room condition had suffered from some bad guests. Cigarette burns and black scratches to the shower tray. There is a great local cafe in the Eroski supermarket complex. Sadly access to Tuleda old town is poor. Need to drive and parking is difficult. Also restaurants are mostly closed Monday and Tuesday so avoid those days if you want to eat out."

Check in process was pleasant, the room design was nice and made good use of space (just be wary of the central unobscured shower, if travelling with others). A well-equipped kitchen for the 3 days that we were there, a block away from a grocery store and a 15-minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum. The Old Town was about 20-minute walk but an enjoyable one dive a good part of it was walking along the riverside. "

Lo único malo que podría decir, es el desayuno: es un buffet que salvo una o dos cosas (como la fruta) tiene productos de calidad regular, al menos considerando que costaba 10 euros por persona. De todas formas, un muy buen hotel, recomendado, aunque la próxima vez iría a desayunar fuera. "
