I absolutely LOVED staying at Hotel Chaco. The staff is superb. The on site restaurant is delicious. The rooms are clean and super comfy. I didn’t want to leave. Beyond all of this, I really loved the story behind this hotel, and the care that it takes to uplift the culture of the city.

Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked and AC was a great relief from the heat.
Hotel lobby and other common areas were NOT air conditioned. Recepcionist said it was supposed to be repaired in the next week but I read reviews from over a month ago which indicated that AC had not been working for months. Pay your electronic bills and/or make repairs!!! Ridiculous for a Hilton to not have comfortable common areas in the heat of Summer!!!
