"Ringrazio la direzione dell'hotel per la sua gentilezza perché il giorno 25 ottobre, avendo l'aereo nella tarda serata, mi ha concesso l'utilizzo pomeridiano della camera spostando altre prenotazioni"

"Great place to stay in Matera. One block from the piazza and everything in the piazza including the Sassi. The rooms are not luxurious but are comfortable and very clean. Wi-Fi is very reliable and decently fast. Worked fine for everyday use and for streaming. The breakfast was very good. Nothing excessive and nothing hot. But lots of great choices from cereals, fruit, pastries, pies, cheese, bread, and meats."

"The property was in a very good location. Close to the train station."

"Terrible Experience, Would Not Recommend! We originally booked this hotel for five nights but left after just one because of the unacceptable conditions. The room was dirty, extremely outdated, and had no air conditioning or even a fan. Everything felt old and poorly maintained. On top of that, the parking area was not secure, which was a major concern with our rental car. "It was a fantastic place to stay! The staff is so kind and helpful"

"Clean room, great breakfast with a good selection we would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the property"

"Awesome breakfast!"

"The hotel was unique. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were firm but comfortable. Had to fly too early to enjoy breakfast. Great location. Restaurant beside hotel was excellent."

"バスタブ付きの部屋を予約したのですが、バスタブの栓がなくて、お風呂に入ることができませんでした。ホテルにお風呂に入れるように対応を依頼してのですが、5日間の滞在中に対応いただけませんでした。部屋は広く、明るくてよかっただけにお風呂の件は残念でした。"

"Exquisite boutique hotel in the heart of the old Sassi with easy access to everything. Beautiful property, every room a gem and the staff and ownership are superb. We have stayed here now two times and highly recommend this gem as a unique hotel experience that celebrates its history while offering a luxury experience ."

"La habitación increíble"

"Brilliant hotel has everything needed, unfortunately they was doing works on bottom floor but can only imagine how beautiful it will look when done. Reception staff could be a little more friendly as I did ask a question one morning about getting to a town and had eyes rolled at me. But overall clean and nice hotel definitely want to return."

"Very clean and nice staffs"
