"Friendly staff and my son got a token that he used to get a hot chocolate before bed. He liked the panda box that he put the token in. Room was very comfortable. A few toiletries in bathroom would have been handy. No air con working in our room but we were advised of this on arrival and offered alternative on ground floor if we preferred. Nice reception and dining area. We enjoyed the pastries at breakfast. "

Wild Fowl Reserve on Ashmead Drove I couldn't gain access to the reserve as the gate was locked. I assume the public are allowed in at some time as there was a lifebelt and a notice warning against swimming nailed to a tree.
