"The staff are friendly and helpful. Being next to a shopping mall and bar/restaurant the location is very good. However, when I walked in it smelt damp, looked damp and felt damp. Damp patches are evident on the walls where the wallpaper is discoloured/peeling and the paintwork is bubbling. This I’m sure has a lot to do with low occupancy levels during the recent pandemic. "Rooms need renovation. For a king Size bed they have 2 single beds put together causing discomfort while sleeping. Also the mattresses need to be replaced, at times you can feel the springs. Air - Conditioning regulators are completely useless. In my room the wash basin was choked. Bath tub taps were not functioning properly. Room Service is efficient but quality of food not so good. Wifi signal is good. This property needs a major renovation."

"It was a one night layover between flights but I booked the hotel because it is close to the airport and advertised room service from an advertised restaurant and bar. After travelling for most of the day I was looking forward to a nice dinner and a glass of wine, but there was no bar as noted in the listing. The front desk was also not able to provide converter plug to accommodate my electrical devices, decovered there were no towels in my room after I had already showered, and at midnight, there was a knocking on my door enough to wake me up, when I opened the door the gentleman handed me a towel. I was so over this hotel by that point I just took it and closed the door and went back to bed to sleep before my flight the next morning. Really felt the room was not cleaned before I got there, bedding seemed okay but the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom counter was not cleaned. These were just the really obvious things. "
