"The hotel was in a great location was very walkable to dining and shopping. My room was on the first floor and was fairly noisy at night due to foot traffic and nightlife nearby. I'd recommend asking for a room away from the street and on a higher floor to mitigate the sound if you want a quiet night. "

"It has a connected swimming centre and is right next to a lovely beach with a great view. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was in good condition, very clean and cosy. The only letdown was the Christmas dinner buffet, which unfortunately we couldn't have because the fish and veggie options were limited. But a very good variety at breakfast! "

"Me and my husband came here for our honeymoon and it lived up to our expectations. The apartment was great with lots of amazing views and was only a short walk to the city centre. My only disappointment was we had to make our own beds but perhaps that is standard in Norway???
