Upon arrival, the xpress check in machines are not working. Calling the number on the screen just gets you an automated voice walking you through the process that is clearly not working. A staff member can be summoned by selecting the "time sensitive issue" option. We were led to our room, which had not been cleaned. ...

Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay.
