"Room was missing details for a 4 star hotel. Did not have a coffee maker or kettle in the room. Had to ask reception to provide us with two normal glasses and a coffee cups. Smell of damp in the bathroom but other then that room was clean. Breakfast not enough staff to cater for restaurant size. Items take too long to be replace when finished . Indoor pool needs to be warmer as was cold ."

"This is an exceptional hotel in Ragusa. Parking is very difficult in Ragusa. The staff takes your car and parks is somewhere and brings it back when you leave. "This hotel is actually well situated, The San Giorgio church is located just the corner of the hotel, it is walking distance to the center, parking is available when you enter the hotel, however it is only a cul-de-sac! Although search Google map navigation that it a through road to take consequently the mistake took us great pain to back up our car and make the U turn! "

"We relied on reviews to stay at this property. Along the way, the road there made us skeptical as to what to expect. "We’ve stayed here before and it was good , this stay the only downfall was the cleaners would begin ( I won’t say early ) cleaning and be making lots of noise moving furniture around , we were on first floor so top floor I would imagine wouldn’t hear them. Otherwise hotel is very good , clean and very walkable, gps may play tricks getting you there . "
