"Love the hotel"

"Excellent location on historic square with parking garage. Our room was on top floor and bedroom in the loft. Only one tiny little window in lower section and zero airflow or way to cool room as a/c wasn't permitted to be turned on yet according to front desk staff. Floor lamp didn't work, and one bedside light wouldn't stay on. Had to request a fan to cool off the place and kinda funny that it only came with a 4 foot cord so couldn't put it near the small window to blow in the cooler air....

"What a great hotel!!! SO beautiful inside and the location can't be beat. It was within walking distance of the funivia and all the dining and shopping a person needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is small, not a lot of selection but enough to fill you up. There is underground parking that's a bit convoluted to get to but so nice knowing your vehicle is safe and sound. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Bolzano."

"A very nice hotel. Restaurant servers are excellent. Nice to have a bus pass from the hotel. Only complaint is wifi in room was very poor."

"It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade...."

Those who are looking for discos and fast food options might choose elsewhere, but it does offer superb cuisine, stunning gardens and an old world elegance. It also boasts extensive pool, sauna and spa treatments. We look forward to returning there."

"Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly. Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room). "Room was good and nice size. Some noise from the train. Food was ok but not great and at dinner on the salty side. Service in the restaurant was terrible. Everything took forever. One night we had a wine seminar in the hotel (organized by the owner) and we mentioned it twice to the staff but they were still late and we finished 20 minutes after official start. Owner came by at the official starting time asking if we would join. We said yes, of only we could finish the delayed dinner. No...
