Position was excellent…6 minute walk from the train station, just behind the main square, round the corner from the tourist information office, and bang in the middle of the old town…Perfect!!"

"Horrible hotel which is not as advertised. Room smelled like cigarettes, no elevator no restaurants, limited parking. area around the hotel is very sketchy. Felt like a pay-by-the-hour hotel, left after 10 minutes. Felt very unsafe with my family and left and they wouldn't refund me despite it being only 10 mins between checking in and deciding not to stay there. "

"The property is so open and vast — looks industrial from afar but super cozy and intimate once inside. The spa is great— awesome rooftop (hopefully they are getting the spa tub fixed on the roof to work as well as the one down below!).. room balconies make the rooms romantic and spacious! We had a lovely dinner at The restaurant and breakfast was very nice, there was lots on offer and such a good choice! We would reccomend this hotel to anyone that wanted to stay. "

"Location is amazing. Totally accessible to Bolzano and surrounding towns without a car. Would go back again and this time stay longer in order to take advantage of all this location has to offer. Amazing breakfast!"
