"I enjoyed the property, check in was friendly and very convenient. Room was lovely and comfortable. I mostly interacted with the staff in the dining room and found them to be friendly, professional and service minded. The courtyard was lovely; however, I would recommend assessment of the interior dining room tabletops. Although clean, there is a sticky residue on the wood tables. I suspect there is an easy fix. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this property. "

"The bed was comfortable (on the softer side). Room was clean and cleaned daily. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Received 2 free drink vouchers. Pool is great, has cabanas available. Breakfast is tasty but on the pricier side. Overall a great stay. 5 minute walk to old downtown Pasadena which has many dining options."

"Parking too expensive - 37$ self and 47$ valet . Plus a destination fee ?? Plus your regular taxes - not good restaurants around the hotel . "

"Great restaurant, nightclub, and other amenities. Beautiful courtyard pool area. Resident house cat who likes to hang out in the courtyard. My only complaint would be the elevators. The inspection card in every elevator I entered expired in 2022, meaning that they have gone 3 years without an annual inspection. I used the stairs whenever possible."

"We asked for a pool view and got a rooftop view with the pool in the distance. Unsure if they had a curfew on the pool but people were still drinking and partying until after 2 in the morning. For this price point they should have had coffee makers in the room. Seemed like they uncharged for everything. "

"Our stay at Pacific Palms Hotel was overall quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The rooms were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment after a long day of activities. Amenities were meh, ice machine did not work on our floor. House keep ladies were nice and worked with a smile.One area where the hotel could improve is in the area of cleanliness.
