"Inside the hotel is clean and smells nice. However, it's right by a marijuana store. You can't breathe anytime you walk by there. We also asked the front desk if there was transportation we could get to the airport. She said there was nothing like that. How hard would it have been to tell us where to get on the bus to take us to the airport? Not very. We figured it out, but not because anyone helped us."

"This was a beautiful hotel but our room wasn't the cleanest room. There was makeup smeared on the bathroom walls, someone else's old contact lenses on the floor. The window shudders in our room were broken so we had to put our luggage in front of the windows to keep the shudders closed because there weren't any curtains. Otherwise it was beautiful and the staff were amazing!"

"The place was great location to French Quarter was within a 5 min walk. The decor was super cool. The fridge was stocked but did not have any room for you to leave any left over food in it. The only window was a view of nothing but a deep tunnel of a box from top to bottom. We did have an adjoins room attached and the walls were super thin. We could hear the whole conversation next door. So if you’re wanting something quiet you may want to ask for a room with this feature of empty. Over all...

"First time staying at the InterContinenal, and I loved it! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable mattresses, housekeeping is good about coming every day and cleaning. The dining at the hotel isn’t anything spectacular, but it’s nice (and, c’mon, it’s New Orleans; just go out unless the weather’s bad). Overall a good experience and will be back."
