"We enjoyed our stay as it was for one night before an early morning flight. The room although very comfortable was looking a tad tired, the mattress was too small for the bed base, only one wine glass and no matching tumbler glasses or mugs. There was a stain on the easy chair where you sit. Overall it done exactly what we needed it for and we would stay again. "

"Love your property for a short stay. Checking with smooth and easy and registering your car was very easy to do. Breakfast was a very good quality and plenty of choice. Clean, comfortable and well sized rooms. The pool whilst included was small and had lessons on so it was not very easy to use after a busy day on the road "

"Overall the property was good. One day they forgot to clean our room which was a bit inconvenient. Staff usually very friendly but I did have one person at the front desk that didn’t want to assist too much. The rest were great. A bit of a walk to the bus stop and Uber seemed to take a long time to get there all the time. Room was comfortable and clean"

"We booked 2 rooms, due to a late finish at work. Would have been better to return home at 2 am in the morning. Noisy guests on and off until 3am, which you can get at any hotels, but the rooms do not insulate from the noise. I asked if there was a night porter to help manage noisy guests the next morning to be told yes. I asked could they not walk around the buildings to manage nuisance guests. I was told in the night porters defence he may not have heard them, which I highlighted was clearly...

"What a lovely hotel, easy to find, great parking and all the staff we spoke to where extremely helpful. We didn't eat at the hotel but the menu look good and prices seemed very reasonable. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay again"

"Very nice place to stay not too far from Stansted airport. We had an issue with our room which was responded to and resolved quickly. Nice room with quality bedding, comfy bed and powerful shower Both breakfast and dinner were very good"

"There is so much to do you could easily spend a weekend without going out of the grounds. Pool is great jacuzzi and hydro pool helped after a hard day. Breakfast is good and poached eggs are superb. The only two things that were negative were the room was a little hot and we had a noisy weir outside however got used to the noise after time with windows open. There was a fire alarm at about 2.30am. Overall fabulous stay"
